Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Swadelite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, high-quality, and securely packed.
Since our products are food-based and perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • The package was tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must provide a photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product and the outer packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or consumed.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount offers (unless defective).


4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank account).

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement product instead of a refund.


5. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved for a replacement:

  • We will dispatch the replacement product at no extra cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or store credit of equal value.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

8. Disclaimer

Swadelite reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the claim does not meet the above conditions or appears to be fraudulent. Our decision in such matters shall be final.
