  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.
If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a full refund.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–8 business days

  • Remote/Interior Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.


5. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order status using that link at any time until delivery.


7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us — we’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it quickly.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or partially missing, please:

  1. Do not accept the parcel from the courier.

  2. Immediately contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
